No Longer Taking New Clients Nor Legal Matters

Thomas J. Kluener is in the process of winding down his practice as he heads towards retirement.  He is continuing to work with current clients on current matters but is not taking new clients nor matters. 

In the process of winding down his practice he needs to clean up old files. At the end of a legal matter, he returns original documents and backup documents provided by clients. Past or current clients please contact him to make arrangements if you want a copy of your files by January 31st, 2023 at (513) 481-1999. If he does not hear from you by then, he will shred the files.

Also, please note that as he transitions Thomas is no longer using email to communicate with clients. If you have sent an email and it hasn’t been responded to it will not be. Please call the office instead.

He will return calls within 3-4 days.
